In May 2017, our company stepped over a three-year mark from the beginning of its existence. Didn’t take long, and we have already achieved great success. Since its foundation, our team has reached the number of 163 people. Further expansion is planned for up to 500 people. In 2017, the first stage of the “Raw Hydrocarbon Processing Complex” of MANGYSTAU OIL REFINING, LLP was launched. A regional manufacturing company provides oil refining services and produces oil products: fuel oil, diesel, gasoline, heating oil. Actual processing is 65 thousand tons per year. This year it is planned to launch the second stage with a design capacity of 300 thousand tons per year. In the second half of 2021, the third phase of commissioning hydrocarbon processing with a design capacity of 830 thousand tons per year is provided. The average wage fund of an enterprise employee is 198.4 thousand tenge; It is planned to increase wages by stages. A training and retraining program has been launched. Efforts to improve the skills of personnel at all levels continue. Negotiations to exchange experience with large companies are also underway . For these purposes, the company annually allocates funds.
The company contributes its share in the socio-economic development of the Mangystau region. All these years we have been growing, changing, developing and we are not going to stop there. 3 years is experience, strength, knowledge, baggage and a solid platform. At the same time, this is a high noon, a bold look into the future and the ability to build plans, knowing how to turn them into reality.
