Commissioning works with specialists UKRNEFTEMASH EPC LLC

Commissioning Works (CW) — complex of works performed during preparation and performance of individual tests and complex testing of equipment.
The Commission consisting of the Heads of Mangystau Oil Refining, LLP and Ukrneftemash ERS, LLC decided to recognize the pilot tests as successful, the equipment of the MC “OPTIMA” -235 unit is ready for further operation.

The installation of MC “OPTIMA” -235 “successfully entered the technological mode and carried out the processing of raw materials from 9.00h. 09.09.2021 to 16 .00h. 21.09.2021. During this time, the equipment of the Plant was put into operation in regular mode, tested at raw material consumption from 16 to 33 tons per hour.
The products obtained – straight-run gasoline, diesel fraction, heating oil and fuel oil – correspond to the installation certificate and, in terms of quality indicators, fit into the characteristics agreed upon by the Terms of Reference.

The SUPPLIER’s specialists trained the Client’s service personnel on the rules of operation and maintenance of the Unit with control assembly-disassembly and adjustment of equipment.
