First stage of the “Raw Hydrocarbon Processing Complex” at Mangystau Oil Refining Company was launched in 2017 with a capacity of 65,000 tons of raw materials per year. In 2020, it is planned to launch the second stage with a capacity of 300,000 tons of raw materials per year; in 2021, the third stage is planned to be launched with a design capacity of 830,000 tons of raw materials per year.
The main activity of the company is the acquisition, storage and processing of oil with producing dark and light oil products.
MANGYSTAU OIL REFINING, LLP is focused on distribution of finished products to wholesale customers, such as Socar Marketing, to large regional and republican enterprises.

The company carries out cleaning of railway tanks from bottom sediments.
At the same time, the only project in the Republic of Kazakhstan on flushing railway tanks from the outside is being implemented.
To supply raw materials to the plant, the company received technical specifications in accordance with the system of KazTransOil, JSC, as well as from NC AKTAU SEA COMMERCIAL PORT, JSC for the construction of an oil pipeline for the shipment of finished products by pipeline.
Today 158 people are employed in production. A phased increase in staff is planned. The personnel development work is being implemented for all level staff.
MANGYSTAU OIL REFINING, LLP has its own testing laboratory (TL), which conducts laboratory tests and analysis of oil, oil products.
TL of MANGYSTAU OIL REFINING, LLP is accredited in the accreditation system of the Republic of Kazakhstan for compliance with GOST ISO / IEC 17025-2019. Accreditation certificate No. KZ.T.13.2128 dated 18.09.2018.
In 2019, MANGYSTAU OIL REFINING, LLP passed the certification process for compliance with: ISO 9001: 2015; in the field of environmental management ISO 14001: 2015 and labor protection OHSAS 18001: 2007 by the certification body of TÜV RHEINLAND KAZAKHSTAN, LLP, which is the official representative of the TUV Rheinland Group international concern in the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Caspian region.
